- RETURN/REFUND POLICY Refund requests are accepted within the first 30 days of subscription, but only for specific reasons. Refunds may be issued if there is a technical issue with the service that our Technical Support team could not resolve within 14 days.
- Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as:
- 1- Dissatisfaction with the service: Each customer is given a trial before making a payment, allowing them to experience the service firsthand.
- 2- Claims of different agreements: The customer’s invoice clearly states the chosen plan and subscription period, which serves as a contractual agreement. This invoice is securely stored in each client’s file within our company.
- 3- Discrepancies in duration displayed by the player: The player is a third-party platform, and the displayed duration may vary due to external technical issues not controlled by our company. Apex TV pays the subscription for the customer, and any differences are not our responsibility. Each client receives a welcome email upon subscribing, including their dedicated account information, plan details, and expiration date.
